Scope of work
- Survey and condition assessment – plant documentation, component marking, list of parts to replace.
- Dismantling – mechanical and electrical, with components secured for transport.
- Transport – logistics, including oversize loads, across borders.
- Installation and upgrade – re-erection; during relocation we upgrade selected systems before the plant goes back into production.
- Commissioning – start-up, adjustments, operator training and service.
Selected projects
- Ammann Universal with RAH 60 dryer – from Vantaa to Oulu (Finland), completed in 14 weeks.
- Ammann Universal – from Dębska Wola (Poland) to Čenkov (Czech Republic), including an upgrade of the cold feed system, completed in 15 weeks.
- Benninghoven TBA 250 – from Szolnok (Hungary) to Varaždin (Croatia), including upgrades of the cold feed system and exhaust duct, plus a new cold recycling (RAC) feed line.
- We have also relocated many Teltomat, Lintec and Marini plants.
